I love weddings! The anticipation, the nerves, the laughter, the tears and all the fun and excitement in between is hard to beat. With all the excitement and goings on the day is very likely to pass by in a whirlwind and it isn't until you look back at the photographs that you are reminded of how truly special it all was. It's not just about taking some posed photographs to illustrate your wedding, it's about capturing the atmosphere of the day, the personalities and the little details that are so easy to miss. Whether it's the first sip of champagne to calm the pre-ceremonial nerves, the tears during the ceremony or the relaxed laughter and looks of relief once it's all over we will be there to capture every one and record those special moments forever.
There will be plenty of contact with you both prior to the big day to ensure we know exactly what you want and also to make sure you will be relaxed and comfortable as possible when the day arrives. The photographs should be an enjoyable part of the day and not just a formality and we, therefore, welcome as much input as possible from those involved in order to achieve this.
We understand that all weddings are different and not everyone requires the same package. Many photographers will charge you a set fee for their attendance on the day regardless of the amount of time they are there for or insist on you booking a package that includes things you don't require. We don't feel this is very fair maybe you only require the services of a photographer for a couple of hours or perhaps you are working to a tight budget. Or maybe you will want the photographer to stay as long as possible and know that you will be wanting an album and mini-books for friends and family etc. Whatever you're requirements we are happy to discuss exactly what you would like and create a tailor-made package specifically for you.
For the full day package we charge a standard fee of £650 for taking the photographs, spending as long you require me to from the morning to the wedding breakfast (If desired we can stay on for the evening at an additional cost). This fee includes all of the images from your day on disc so you are free to make prints or send them to friends and family. Full editing and viewing of your images and a souvenir DVD of your images set to music. However, if you should require a storybook album of your day this can be created at an additional cost with a whole variety of options available to suit your taste and budget.
